Personality tests are a very crucial element to the 21st century workplace. Below I have listed information that I have received through multiple different tests that I have taken. 

 

Myers-Briggs:

 

Introvert- 

  • I listen more than I talk

  • I think, then act

 

Sensor-

  • I focus on details and specifics

  • I work best with step-by-step procedures

 

Thinker-

  • I am honest and direct

  • I am logical

 

Judger-

  • I take responsibility seriously

  • I prefer to finish projects completely and thoroughly

  • I am naturally driven to gather facts and information before beginning a new project

  • I often understand individuals and situations because of my observant nature
