We Live in a Fast World

If you really think about it, our world is so fast paced. Lately I have found myself busy almost every second of every day. I am always doing something to further my career, further my education or further my relationships. I have no doubt that this situation is not unique to me. It seems to be that way for most people!

Don't we all deserve a little rest and relaxation? I find relaxation is even more satisfying when I have worked hard for it. I think that resting can rejuvinate, and better work can be done after a refreshing vacation or staycation. I hope you have had or will soon experience the relaxation that I have experienced over spring break.
