Personality Tests

The funniest thing happened to me the other day. For a class assignment, I was required to take a personality test. In our results we were assigned five "themes" and then given descriptions of those themes!

In one of my descriptions, it was plainly stated that people with those themes love to work with numbers and statistical data. Along with many other aspects described in these results, I felt that this matched me to the T!

I absolutely love getting results like that, as it assures me that I am correctly identifying my strengths. Being able to interpret ones own personality is so important in the workplace, as it can help to improve relations among co-workers. I definitely can feel a boost in my confidence!
